I consider myself fortunate that my profession in information technology also happens to be one of my hobbies. I especially enjoy it when I can engage in creative work, implementing interesting business requirements with the deployment of innovative technologies. The best feedback for me is when I feel that I have successfully established a common language with our business partners, helping them to articulate their needs more effectively within their organization.

Leadership
In several of my positions, I have been responsible for creating, building, and leading teams ranging from 5 to 150 people. My leadership extends beyond HR, encompassing revenue planning and control for these teams.

In both my professional and hobby activities, I regularly perform presentations, offer consultations, and write articles. My strength lies in presenting complex topics with a logical and rational approach..
Innovation
I have a passion for learning about science and technology. From time to time, I build proof of concepts, demos, and get my hands dirty coding small test applications.
